YBI announces Vincent and Phyllis Bacon STEM Entrepreneurship Fellowship

The Youngstown Enterprise Incubator and Youngstown Point out University have created a formalized fellowship system to aid make fascination in entrepreneurship and STEM programming, thanks to the generosity of Vince and Phyllis Bacon.
